Ok I don't know if this's true or not but according to what I find on the net regarding Itsuka Hanareru Hi ga Kite mo :

"According to DefSTAR Records, the single was a limited release and only 35,000 copies are printed . "

hmm... interesting , I honestly don't know if this piece of news is true or not .

I'm pretty sure that's not true. It's not stated at any of his official sites nor online retailers.

I guess you took that from wiki.thePPN. Well, I've just deleted that information because i don't trust the user who made that edit. He made another couple of mistakes too (NINKI is not a sales number prediction, and LAKuEN was not Hirai's first single charting at Oricon).

er yeah that's right . I took it from wiki.thePPN & you're right , NINKI is not a sales no. prediction in anybit .

& with regards to LaKuEn - correct that wasn't his 1st single to chart on the Oricon . It was Precious Junk .
