Minna, let me introduce myself here ^^

Minerva aka miranti from indonesia, now staying in Japan until august this year. Love Hirai Ken since... I don't know, junior high? when I heard gaining through losing in indonesian radio station, I knew that his voice and talent is a special one. Love him since then...

My fav HK's album would be sentimentaLovers. My fav songs... too many, can't mentioned it one by one ^^ I love swing, so perhaps i can say that Sekai de Ichiban kimi ga suki always stay as my most fav song.

I think so , since at the mo there're quite a lot of fans lurking around the forum & are from Indonesia

Hahahahaha, but Ken not that popular here. He just became popular here due to the "Music Station". That tv program is now broadcasted here in Indonesia.

In old days, it's really hard for me to find someone who knows Ken Hirai

i am pretty lucky currently in singapore at least most of da stuff re available :p although not some of e ken-chan's souvenirs that re exclusively sold in japan only

except for his 1st 2 albums , singles & DVDs , you pretty much get most of his stuff here

oh I forgot to mention that you can get his Saitama Final Tour DVD at Centrepoint's Gramophone

don't be... everybody have their own chance to go and live in Japan. I can't believe myself that I'm in Japan right now. Well, not to mention never ending part time job and super tight budget, the fact is I survive....

hisashiburi ^__^ It's been a very long time ne. Well, when I was in high school, there were a japan music program in some on radio station, and it sometimes play Hirai Ken's song.

...even though not everybody in indonesia know about Hirai Ken, but don't know why, even my college friends who are REALLY not into Japanese songs know Hirai Ken. I don't have any idea where they get information about him.

you can always use HMV or cdjapan to get HK's stuffs. They sometimes sell souvernirs also. But yes, it's very hard to find HK's stuffs in Indonesia. I remembered how hard It was to find HK Life Is...

and about the con, HK's concert is very famous! It's very hard to get the concert ticket..... *sigh* Sold out only in matter of hours!!!!

just a random thought....

why don't we held some kind of HK fans gathering in Indo? even though it's gonna be very hard, because most of us living in separate cities. But I think it's going to be very cool if we can meet other HK fans in real world, desshou?

yeah I know about that but it's ok , it's not the end of the world for me if there's no Ken's merch or CDs , there's always the net to go get his stuff to download from haha
