sorry my mistake , this list hasn't been 100% confirmed yet but these artistes will supposedly be performing in due time at the event

The official list is already out, and too bad that Hirai Ken will no be on this year's Kouhaku Utagassen.

Still not sure about MSSL and NTV Best Artist, but hopefully Hirai Ken will be on those two year end shows.
