Basically , every week before a new single/album's out , Oricon will poll a group of 400 people & ask them whether are they interested to get it or not

the no.s/ranking's are 100% not accurate all the time , it's just a rough gauge

so for Ken's case , 34/35 people are interested to get the single

Yes, even though ninki index is a rough calculations, it's usually near the real condition. I really hope this single is having better selling though. It deserves it.
